Stalin, the 2nd Annual “Karur Natural Farming Festival – 2025” was held with great pride today at Karur Kongu Thirumana Mandapam. Organized by JCI Karur Diamond, Young Indians, and Vanagam, in collaboration with Karur Natural Farmers Association, Nammalvar Ecological Foundation, and private colleges, the festival emphasized sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices. The event saw enthusiastic participation from natural farmers, the farming community, students, and the public in large numbers, making it a memorable and successful celebration of natural farming.
During the inauguration of welfare scheme works held yesterday across various areas under the Karur Corporation limits, including Arikaram Palayam, Kothur, and Gayathri Nagar, the concerns of the local residents were given immediate attention. Acting upon their requests, the damaged electric poles in these neighborhoods were swiftly replaced, ensuring both the safety and convenience of the people. This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to addressing the needs of the public without delay and delivering welfare measures effectively at the grassroots level.
