Today, I personally met and checked on the well-being of those injured in the unexpected crowd incident that occurred in Karur on the 27th of last month. Under the direction of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, relief assistance was provided to the injured from the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund, demonstrating the government’s commitment to supporting and standing by those affected during this unfortunate incident.




Today, I personally met and inquired about the well-being of those injured in the unexpected crowd incident that occurred in Karur on 27th of last month. Under the direction of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, a relief assistance was provided to the injured from the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund, reflecting the government’s commitment to supporting those affected during this unfortunate incident.

On behalf of the people of Coimbatore District, I extend my heartfelt gratitude and sincere respects to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, the visionary leader of good governance, for naming the newly constructed high-level bridge—spanning 10.1 km from Gold Twins to Uppilipalayam and built at a cost of ₹1,791.23 crore—after the esteemed Ayyar G.T. Naidu, celebrating both his legacy and the progressive development of Coimbatore.








Under the guidance of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, Hon’ble MP and Makkal Needhi Maiam Party leader Mr. Kamal Haasan today met the families of those who tragically lost their lives in the unexpected crowd incident in Karur, offered condolences, provided relief assistance, and visited the incident site, accompanied by senior party leaders, demonstrating solidarity with the affected families.

As directed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, special camps under the #UngaludanStalin initiative will be conducted across various locations in Karur District on 09.10.2025. I warmly encourage all members of the public to participate in these camps and avail themselves of the benefits and essential government services being provided, reflecting our continued commitment to bringing governance and welfare directly to the people.

As directed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, special camps under the #UngaludanStalin initiative will be held across various locations in Karur District on 08.10.2025. I warmly invite all members of the public to actively participate in these camps and make the most of the government services being offered, reaffirming our commitment to delivering welfare and administrative support directly to the people’s doorstep.


With the noble vision of ensuring equality and prosperity for all, under the golden era of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, who exemplifies the Dravidian Model of Good Governance, I had the honour of participating in the Kumbabishekam (consecration ceremony) of Arulmigu Angalaamman Temple at Vengakkalpatti, Thantoni Village, Karur District — an event that reflected the unity, devotion, and cultural harmony fostered under this progressive administration.




Karur Round Table 138, Madras Sterling Round Table 123, and Madras Ladies Circle 63 proudly hosted Flight of Fantasy, giving 30 students and 3 teachers from Somur Government High School, Karur, their very first flight experience from Coimbatore to Chennai — an inspiring initiative that took the children beyond classrooms into a world of learning, wonder, and lifelong memories. Heartfelt thanks to Round Table India, Mr. Vengat Raghavan, Mr. Ajay Mohan, and Ms. Nandita for making this dream take flight!



Today, I visited the injured victims of the unfortunate crowd incident in Karur at the Karur Medical College Hospital to inquire about their well-being. As directed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, ₹1 lakh each was provided from the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund, reflecting the government’s compassion and commitment to those affected.




Today, I had the solemn duty of personally meeting and consoling the families of those who tragically lost their lives in the unexpected crowd incident that took place in Karur last Saturday. The grief and pain witnessed were deeply moving, and I conveyed my heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu. As directed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, a relief assistance of ₹10 lakh each was provided to the bereaved families from the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund. This gesture stands as a reflection of our government’s empathy, responsibility, and steadfast commitment to stand beside the people in their most difficult hours, ensuring that no family faces such loss alone.
