Today, I had the distinct honor of warmly welcoming our esteemed Party President and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, upon his arrival in Coimbatore. Stalin, I today inspected the venue for the groundbreaking ceremony of the ₹126 crore Gold Jewelry Park in Coimbatore, scheduled to take place tomorrow. The inspection was conducted alongside the Hon’ble Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Thiru T.M. Anbarasan, ensuring that all arrangements are in place for this landmark initiative supporting entrepreneurship and industry growth in the State.

Stalin, I today conducted a thorough inspection of the venue for the upcoming World Startup Movement Conference, which is scheduled to commence tomorrow at the Coimbatore Codissia Hall. The inspection was carried out alongside the Hon’ble Minister for Public Works, Thiru E.V. Velu, and the Hon’ble Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Thiru T.M. Anbarasan, to ensure that all arrangements, facilities, and protocols are meticulously in place for this prestigious event that aims to bring together entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders from across the state and beyond.

Under the leadership of our Party President and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, and on behalf of the Life Organization, I today inspected the venue for the “Accident-Free Coimbatore” pledge ceremony, where lakhs of citizens will participate, alongside the Hon’ble Minister for Public Works, Thiru E.V. Velu, ensuring all arrangements are in place for this important public safety initiative.

Tomorrow in Coimbatore, the ₹1,791.23 crore, 10.1-kilometer-long Avinashi Road G.T. Naidu High-Level Bridge will be inaugurated by our Party President and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin. In preparation for this historic event, I, along with the Hon’ble Minister for Public Works, Thiru E.V. Velu, conducted an inspection of the newly constructed bridge. The review was attended by District Collector Thiru Bhavankumar I.A.S., Coimbatore Mayor Thirumathi Ranganayaki, as well as senior government officials and staff, reflecting the government’s commitment to world-class infrastructure and public service.

Under the esteemed leadership of our Party President and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, the inauguration of the ₹1,791 crore Coimbatore G.T. Naidu High-Level Bridge is scheduled for tomorrow. In this regard, I, along with the Hon’ble Minister for Public Works, Thiru E.V. Velu, personally visited the residence of Mr. G.T. Gopal, son of the late Ayya G.T. Naidu, on Coimbatore Avinashi Road, to extend a formal invitation to the grand opening ceremony, reflecting the government’s commitment to honoring local heritage while advancing infrastructural excellence.

Today, I met and inquired about the well-being of those injured in the unexpected crowd incident that occurred in Karur on the 27th of last month. Under the guidance of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, relief assistance was provided to the injured from the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund, demonstrating the government’s commitment to supporting and caring for those affected during this unfortunate incident.

Today, I personally met and inquired about the well-being of those injured in the unexpected crowd incident that occurred in Karur on the 27th of last month. Following the directions of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy M.K. Stalin, relief assistance was provided to the injured from the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund, reflecting the government’s deep concern and commitment to support those affected during this unfortunate event.
